Results of School Uniform Questionnaire

Parents at Culfadda NS were recently requested to complete a School Uniform Questionnaire. This was at the request of the Minister of Education & Skills, who intends to tackle school costs by consulting parents on how schools decide their policies on uniforms. Any school that currently has a uniform was asked to consult parents & then inform them of the results. Thank you to all who responded 1. Do you want a school uniform in this school? 100% responded YES. 2. Do you wish to continue to have the choice of buying generic uniforms (ie: shirts, trousers, pinafores) from department stores? 100% responded YES. 3. Do you want a school uniform with a crest? 95% responded NO. 5% responded YES. 4. Would you like the school to specify a specific shoe colour? 76% responded NO. 24% responded YES. 5. Are you happy with the current school uniform? 97% responded YES. 3% responded NO.
